Do I have to be home for delivery or pickup?
No. We can deliver and pick up contactless — just leave the bins accessible at the door. Someone 18+ should confirm the order.
How many bins do I need?
About 30 for a 1-bedroom, 50 for a 2-bedroom, 75 for a 3-bedroom. Not sure? Tell us your place and we'll size it for you.
What if a bin gets damaged?
Normal moving wear is expected and fine. Bins damaged beyond reuse carry a replacement fee, noted in your rental agreement.
